'PerformArts M(Motion)', a Korean style contemporary dance representative collection series has been produced for the globalization of Korean dance.
PerformArts M(Motion) will introduce Korean contemporary dance over 8 episodes, create K-Art, the new Korean wave to follow K-POP, and become the catalyst in strengthening the domestic brand value of Korea.
30 world-class pieces were selected for the stage of PerformArts M(Motion) by an art director team made up of Korean dancer Choi Won-sun, who completed the important intangible cultural asset 'Buddhist Dance', and modern dancer Cha Jin-yeop, who received the Young Artist of the Year Award.
On the 18th, the first broadcast date, Belgium dance company Les Ballets C de la B's global choreographer Ye Hyo-seung's 'Trace', Kim Seol-jin's new work 'On the Snow' based on the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, National Dance Company member Jo Jae-hyuk's 'Two Women', and Rufxxx performance group's 'Dead Man Walking', a dance completed after 5 years of weekly experimental performances, were all featured on PerformArts M (Motion) in high-quality video.
