S. Korea negotiating to secure Moderna's COVID-19 vaccines before end of June Updated: 2021-04-21 15:40:13 KST

The South Korean government is negotiating with pharmaceutical companies to secure COVID-19 vaccines for the first half of this year, including the vaccines made by Moderna.
South Korean health authorities said Wednesday Moderna vaccines were not included in the government's previously announced plan to secure 18 million doses before the end of June.
Negotiations are still ongoing, and an announcement will be made once they have been completed.
