Today was the second and the last day of early voting for local elections and parliamentary by-elections in South Korea.
Many South Koreans headed to the polls to cast their ballots, as more than 44-million people are eligible to vote in this year's local elections.
As of 5 PM, the turnout was 19.4 percent.
That's about a point-seven percentage point higher than the rate compared to that of the local elections four years ago.
COVID-19 patients and those in quarantine will be able to vote from 6:30 to 8:00 PM.
