Seoul's unification ministry will have more money to spend next year on inter-Korean exchanges and cooperation.
According to the ministry on Friday, of its one.three billion U.S. dollar-budget, around one.one billion can be used for the inter-Korean cooperation fund.
It's a two-percent increase from this year's.
But settlement support funds for North Korean defectors has dropped two.seven percent.
Pyeongyang's tight border controls amid the pandemic have led to a drop in the number of North Korean defectors.
