It may be time to ease the federal guidance on wearing face masks indoors in the U.S.
That's according to the Dr. Anthony Fauci, Director of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, who told ABC News that this could be the case as more people get vaccinated.
The CDC last month relaxed guidance on wearing masks outdoors, but advises people to wear masks in indoor public spaces even if they've received their shots.
Over the Atlantic, Britain will lift face mask requirements for secondary school students from next Monday.
This comes as the UK confirmed it was relaxing lockdown measures.
