SpaceX successfully launched and landed its latest Starship prototype, the SN15, during another high-altitude test flight from Texas on Wednesday.
The Starship SN15 is a heavy lift rocket prototype able to carry passengers and 100 tons of cargo on future missions to the moon and Mars.
The Starship models, including the SN9 and SN10 whose test flights ended in fiery explosions early this year, are reusable rockets aiming to make space travel more common and affordable.
On the same day, Blue Origin, another private rocket company, said it will be able to operate a suborbital sightseeing space trip on July 20th a milestone in private commercial space travel.
Its New Shepard spacecraft will also offer a seat to the winner of an online auction, from which the proceeds will be donated to the company's foundation.
