President Biden says the United States is, in fact, willing to send vaccines abroad, but only when Americans have enough for themselves.
South Korea and the U.S. have been in talks about a vaccine swap, under which the U.S. would send doses to be repaid later in kind.
Biden was speaking Wednesday, at an event announcing that 200 million COVID-19 shots have been administered in the U.S.
So far, about half of all American adults have received at least one dose.
