The UN's nuclear watchdog reportedly believes North Korea has still running some of its nuclear weapons facilities, but has powered down others.
Citing the IAEA's Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi Voice of America reported Tuesday that there's still ongoing construction at a light water reactor.
He said there are indications a plant is being used to provide heat to a nuclear fuel rod reprocessing facility for the production of weapons-grade plutonium.
However, the IAEA says there are no signs of operation at the North's main nuclear reactor complex in Yeongbyeon but there's indications of operation at a nuclear site in Gangson on the outskirts of Pyeongyang.
