No country on earth is completely safe from the virus, but in the pandemic, South Korea has been ranked by Bloomberg as the eighth best place to be.
In its Covid Resilience Ranking for February, this Asian country rose four spots from the month before as daily case numbers declined and vaccines have rolled out.
The ranking measures 53 countries on criteria including case numbers, fatality rates and vaccine supply.
Top of the list was New Zealand, followed by Australia and Singapore.
The United States, meanwhile, came in at 27th, eight notches higher than its position the previous month.
