The cold weather has arrived a bit earlier this year bringing lows down to single figures.
Let's go to our Lee Seung-min at the Weather Center.
Seung-min, colder mornings are expected for tomorrow?
Well, Conn-young. The morning will stay colder than normal for the next few days. Today marks Sang Gang on the traditional calendar, the time when the first frost of the season can be seen. And with the cold air moving in, frost has actually formed in many areas today and has also brought cold wave alerts to some central areas. The cold snap overnight will bring temperatures down to 2 degrees Celsius tomorrow in Seoul and minus 2 degrees in Paju, Gyeonggi-do Province.
While most parts of the nation will begin the day under sunshine, the coldest morning of the season is expected for inland regions. Please dress warmly when you're heading out.
For the daytime, Seoul and Chuncheon will reach 14 degrees, Daejeon 15 degrees and Daegu at 16 degrees.
We can expect relatively clear weather for the weekend. The coldness is forecast ease off a bit for next week.
Meanwhile, strong winds are to sweep over the west coast and Jeju Island this weekend. Please secure anything that could blow away and take precautions against forest fires.
That's all for now, and here are the weather conditions around the world.
