Both the S&P 500 and the NASDAQ finished at record high levels extending their all-time highs from the previous day.
The S&P 500 added one-percent while the NASDAQ picked up over one-and-a-half percent to finish 11-thousand 665.
The Dow Jones edged up point-3 percent at 28,331.
Oil prices fluctuated near the contracts' previous close.
The global benchmark Brent shed less than half-a-percent, while WTI rose a bit to close at 43-dollars 42-cents a barrel.
