The number of coronavirus cases in the U.S. continues to rise sharply…now surpassing 430-thousand…according to the latest figures by Johns Hopkins University.
The U.S. has seen its total cases double in a week.
Almost 15-thousand deaths have been reported nationwide.
But the rapid outbreak could be slowing down as the number of newly confirmed cases has been trending down since April 3rd.
On Wednesday, President Trump voiced hope for reopening normal economic activity soon.
He said the U.S. is ahead of schedule adding the economy could be reopened in phases.
