Regarding the rapid spread of the coronavirus here in South Korea, the World Health Organization says it's actively and closely cooperating with the South Korean government.
Speaking at a news briefing in Geneva on Friday, WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus expressed concern that South Korea has the largest number of confirmed cases outside of China, when excluding the cases from the 'Diamond Princess' cruise ship in Japan.
The WHO chief noted that the World Health Organization and the Korean government are putting all their efforts in to discovering what caused the recent increase of coronavirus cases in the country.
