South Korea today reported more than 10-thousand new cases of COVID-19 for the first time in 20 days.
That's up from a low in recent days of fewer than 35-hundred.
The reproduction number, or R nought, has also risen above one, which the authorities say means the virus is starting to spread again.
R nought had fallen to zero.seven in late April.
COVID-19-related deaths today came to seven.
The authorities have warned that the virus could spread as people travel for the summer.
