President Yoon Suk-yeol is giving his first policy speech at the National Assembly at this hour.
The presidential office said Sunday that his address will focus on the need for bi-partisan cooperation to overcome current crises, possibly emphasizing 'national unity'.
President Yoon has stressed the importance of unity in everyday politics as some have pointed out that there was no mention of integration in his inaugural speech last week.
The President will be also giving details on an extra budget, which was approved at the Cabinet meeting last week worth a record 46 billion U.S. dollars.
It's aimed at helping small businesses hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.
