Good morning. Hope your morning commute wasn't too rough, roads were slightly coated with ice and it's as cold as yesterday morning with parts of Gangwon-do Province seeing lows hovering around minus 15 degrees Celsius.
Seoul saw less than 1 centimeter of snowfall which is enough to cause icy roads but not enough to help the dryness in the air. Dry alerts remain in place in the capital and across eastern regions.
Morning temperatures are similar to a tad lower than the same time yesterday, but it feels a lot colder as sharp winds are dragging down the chill. Meanwhile, Ulleungdo and Dokdo will see 1 to 3 centimeters more of snow through the morning, the rest of country will be under mostly sunny skies.
Highs will be similar to slightly higher this afternoon, Seoul at the freezing mark, Daegu going up to 4 degrees. Decent air quality nationwide.
Light snow is in store tomorrow afternoon from the capital gradually spreading to rest of country by late night.
With that, here's a look at the weather conditions around the world.
