Japan extends two-week quarantine period to one month for all travelers from S. Korea and China

Japan has extended its 14-day quarantine period to one month for all travelers from South Korea and China.
The Japanese government announced the measures Thursday, adding they also apply to Japanese nationals coming from those countries.
Its suspension of entry visas and visa exemptions for Chinese and South Korean visitors will stay in place until the end of April.
Japan has also decided to ban the entry of foreigners from Iran and 21 European countries to contain the spread of the coronavirus.
