Back in 2015, almost every country on earth called for keeping the global temperature to 1.5°C above pre-industrial era levels through the Paris Agreement. At the 48th Session of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC 48), held in Incheon, Korea on October 8, 2018, all 195 member countries unanimously adopted the Special Report on Global Warming of 1.5°C and urged that efforts be made to limit global average temperature to below 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels. With the climate crisis approaching before our eyes, several countries around the world have declared “2050 Carbon Neutrality” as their goal, including Korea. Learn more about Korea’s “2050 Carbon Neutrality Vision” and why it is a must, not an option.

It is full of weather-related artifacts dating back to the three kingdom era and devices currently used in today. It also displays the world’s oldest rain gauge.
