Art of Drinking Tea for Mindfulness

Happiness during the stress and uncertainty of COVID-19 can seem elusive. However, small moments of joy mean more during this time. Many people might find meditation and mindfulness helpful, and one incredible area to explore to that end is tea meditation. Drinking tea helps calm and center your mind, connects people together, and invites a moment of stillness and ease into your day. Let’s learn more about tea and the beauty of drinking tea with Jung Hye-joo, chief of Sansuhwa, and Lee Hyun-jae, CEO of Cha Cha.

People in the forgotten film, May 18 Democratic Movement

An exhibition revealing undisclosed photos and exhibits of the May 18 Democratic Movement in Gwangju is currently taking place. For the first time, the collection features films containing pictures taken by photographers and reporters at Hankuk Ilbo, who investigated the event on-site in 1980. We take a closer look at the exhibition on ‘the forgotten people in the film’ and find out what really happened during the incident, and embrace the message the moments captured in the pictures convey.
