Some people wake up to the sounds of their favorite songs, and some wrap up their day with songs that take them back to their favorite time. At its most basic level, music makes everything we do more pleasurable. On a deeper level, it can motivate and inspire, encouraging us to relax, let go and feel happy. Psychiatrist Kim Chang-ki, also a singer-songwriter and former member of Zoo, offers a collection of 77 songs to console and heal the broken heart through his book “The Days We Need Music.” Meet Psychiatrist Kim Chang-ki to learn more about the healing power of music that we need more than ever during this pandemic era.

Around 30,000 abandoned bikes are collected and handled by Seoul City every year. The retrieved bikes are brought back to life by a special group of people. These people are from PromBicycle, a company that upcycles and gives back discarded bikes to new owners. We visit the workshop to learn about the bike recycling process and see how the mechanics are contributing to developing and expanding an eco-friendly bicycle culture in Korea.
