In the medical field, the demand for customized medical devices like 3D printed equipment has increased. In case of the existing nasal implant, it was difficult to carve it according to the anatomical curvature of the patient. And a domestic company has developed a patient-specific nasal implant based on the 3D printing technology. And it has achieved an approval from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for the first time in the domestic field. By considering the conditions of the nasal bone and cartilage obtained from CT scans, the 3D design is created based on the height, width, length, curvature and ratio. And a patient-specific nasal implant is produced as an optimal medical device. Also, another company has analyzed CT and MRI scans by using AI-based software for analysis of medical 3D images. And it has reproduced the properties of all human body organs including heart, brain, spine, ears and kidney by making use of the 3D printing technology. The created 3D images have similar size, texture and elasticity with the real human body organs. Moreover, a domestic company has extracted unnecessary fat from the patients with diabetic feet. And it has developed a skin regeneration sheet by using a 3D bio printer. And the sheet can be transplanted to the wounded areas for treatments. This is the technology that has been developed for the first time in the world. The process of making a skin regeneration sheet and transplanting it to the wounded area only takes about 20 minutes. When water drops touch the energy harvester, static electricity is produced and electric power can be collected. It can be led to the storage of a greater amount of energy in comparison to the existing method. Moreover, a technology that can reuse the waste heat has been developed.
