It refers to the production or consumption of clothing that is manufactured based on eco-friendly and ethical methods. And a company has recently garnered a lot of attention by producing clothing with plastic waste. More than 65% of fabrics used for clothing are materials that are produced with plastic bottles. Such eco-friendly manufacturing process can vitalize the circulation of resources. And it can bring about positive economic effects as well. A domestic research team has developed a technology that can produce fuels by making use of various waste materials including discarded furniture and bark of trees produced after the processing of wood. And a new type of microorganism, that can produce highly concentrated biofuel by using woody biomass, has been developed. Moreover, production of biofuel with waste materials is expected to create additional values for the fuel for automobiles.
