Our guest this week: Lee Si-hyung, Former Ambassador of Korea to the OECD
It has now been 20 years since Korea joined the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development, better known as the OECD. The organization has become an important entity in establishing standards on the global stage and also for providing guidance for growth and development policies in Korea. We look at how Seoul first became a member of the OECD, where it stands within the group, and in which direction the institute is headed.
This week we sit down with Ambassador Lee Si-hyung who was Korea's 9th representative to the OECD, to gain more insight on the club of mostly rich countries.
