The longest night of the year Dongji. Following the traditions of Korea, chef Matthew Chung heads out to taste red bean porridge and also introduces several porridges, or juk, and all dishes you can make with the red beans.

It's one of the largest annual rituals that families across Korea go through ... making kimchi. Chef Matthew Chung visits a village in Yangpyeong to join in on the activity and also tries out Korea's traditional aged kimchi along with some fusion dishes.
