This special documentary highlights the fast and convenient lifestyle of Korea driven by highly-advanced IT technology.
Korea's unique rapid pace, often referred to as 'pali-pali(meaning ‘quickly’) culture', is the driving force of Korea's economic growth and an element that foreigners who visit Korea feel particularly attractive. Where did this pali-pali culture, which has been supporting Korea's distinctive lifestyle, come from? How has it changed Korean society so far? And how do foreigners living in Korea feel about it in their daily lives? That will be shown to the viewers through this program.
Also, pali-pali culture has made it possible to quickly adopt new methods in disaster situations caused by COVID-19 since last year. Based on Korea’s IT technology, tracking the movement of noble coronavirus patients, fast diagnosis of confirmed cases, and the introduction of drive-through diagnosis method have coined a new term, 'K-Quarantine'.
In this rapidly changing post-corona era, we look at the competitiveness and role of pali-pali culture.
