Relatively warmer conditions will continue for tomorrow. During this time of the year, daytime highs in the capital hover around 2 degrees Celsius. But tomorrow, conditions will be warmer than the seasonal norms again. No major cold is expected with maximum temperatures hiking up to 5 degrees.

For central regions and Jeju Island, light rain or snow is in the forecast. The amount of rain won't be much with about 1 millimeter expected. Parts Gyeonggi-do and Gangwon-do provinces, where conditions are especially cold, rain will turn into snow.

The amount of rain won’t be enough to ease off the fine dust either. Dust concentrations will stay high across western parts of the country. Parts of Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheong-do, and Jeollabuk-do provinces will see dust levels standing in the bad category.

Morning lows will range from minus 3 to 7 degrees nationwide. Seoul will start off at zero degrees.

Daytime highs will be 2 to 4 degrees lower than today. Seoul will get up to 5 degrees. Gwangju 8 degrees. Gyeongju and Busan 10 degrees.

Temperatures will get colder as we get through the week. But they will still be higher than the seasonal norms.
