Top nuclear envoys of South Korea, the U.S. and Japan are likely to meet in Tokyo next week also to discuss North Korea issues.
Sources say Seoul's chief negotiator Noh Kyu-duk plans to meet with his U.S. counterpart Sung Kim and his Japanese counterpart Takehiro Funakoshi .
They're to discuss providing North Korea with humanitarian aid as well as managing the situation on the Korean Peninsula amid speculation the regime has reactivated its nuclear reactor at Yongbyon .
The three envoys last met together in June.
The South Korean and U.S. envoys met twice last month, once each in Seoul and Washington.
