South Korea's chief nuclear envoy Noh Kyu-duk has returned home from the U.S. after discussing ways to bring North Korea back to the negotiating table.
During his four-day trip, Noh met his U.S. counterpart Sung Kim and other American officials, including the White House policy coordinator for Asia, Kurt Campbell.
Noh and Kim brought up humanitarian aid as one potential way to resume dialogue with the regime.
His visit came as a new report by the IAEA said there are signs the North has restarted its main nuclear reactor.
