Starting this week, any customers violating COVID-19 prevention measures at public facilities in South Korea will be fined up to 880 U.S. dollars.
The business owners will be fined up to 26-hundred.
Facilities must be frequently disinfected, and a thorough track of entry logs must be kept.
Individuals must also write their information or submit a QR code rather than one person in the group providing the info for everyone.
People are also banned from eating in public places unless the facility has a designated eating area.
