Good afternoon. We are already into the 3rd spring seasonal stage out of six, Gyeongchip, so it should start to feel more like spring from now on. Chilly morning lows will spike to highs in the mid to upper teens by the afternoon.
But it's the unwelcomed fine dust that will cause headaches for those of us in central and western regions. Have a facemask that can block fine dust.
Highs will be 3 to 10 degrees higher than yesterday, under brighter skies in the afternoon. Busan, Gyeongju and Chuncheon will get up to 17 degrees.
Over the weekend, temperatures will stay slightly above seasonal norms with heavy snow in store for the east coast on Saturday.
We are talking about up to 15 centimeters of heavy snowfall in the east of Gangwon-do Province from early tomorrow into Sunday at dawn. So bear this in mind if you plan to travel to the east coast this weekend.
That's Korea for you and here's a look at the weather conditions around the world.
