To sports now South Korean baseball star Choo Shin-soo is coming home after a 15-year career in Major League Baseball.
It was announced on Tuesday that the former MLB All-Star outfielder has signed with the new KBO team owned by Shinsegae Group formerly known as the SK Wyverns.
Choo's annual salary will be over two.four million U.S. dollars the largest in KBO history.
He has offered to donate around 900-thousand dollars to charity.
Choo will arrive in South Korea on Thursday and after going through self-quarantine, will join up with the rest of the team for training in March.
