S. Korea reports 125 new cases of COVID-19 from sporadic clusters nationwide Updated: 2020-10-30 05:59:01 KST

Over in South Korea, the country reported 1-hundred-25 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday, and more than a hundred of those were local cases.
Cases are occurring sporadically across the country, linked to small gatherings, schools and saunas.
In response, the government will announce a revised set of social distancing measures this weekend.
Under discussion are adjustments for different regions and taking into account the country's expanded capabilities in terms of disease control and medical care.
As for this season's flu shot, which some in the public are concerned might not be safe, officials are getting vaccinated themselves to demonstrate that it is.
