We've had a long streak of dry weather over the past few days but some rain is on the way, so get your umbrellas ready. Natalie Seok is at the Weather Center. Natalie, how much rain are we expecting?
Connyoung, we're expecting heavy rain, and lots of it. From tonight, the rain will start in Jeju and the coast of Jeolla-nam-do, before spreading to other southern areas early tomorrow morning, then across the rest of the country.
Between now and Friday, more than 300 millimeters will pour down on the mountains of Jeju, and up to 150 millimeters on the rest of Jeju and on the south coast, accompanied by thunder and lightning and some strong winds. Central regions including Seoul will see lighter rain tomorrow afternoon.
We will have a sunny start to the day in Seoul, with the low at 9 degrees Celsius, but Gwangju and Jeju will wake up to a wet morning at 12 and 14 degrees, respectively.
Then that rain will stretch across the entire nation. Seoul will peak at 20 and Chuncheon will top out at 21.
Over in Beijing, the high is going to drop by quite a bit from the low 20s to 13 degrees, while it's warmer in Tokyo, but partly cloudy.
I'll leave you with the weather conditions around the world.
