Good afternoon. Those of you in the south, including Jeju Island, will need an umbrella on your way out. Rain will gradually spread and the further south you are, the more precipitation you will receive. 10 to 40 millimeters for Jeju and south coastal regions.
Temperatures will stay mild for this time of year under plenty of clouds. Tomorrow will be even milder than today with double digit highs in store for Seoul.
Highs will be 2 to 4 degrees Celsius higher than yesterday in most regions. Seoul and Daegu getting up to 8 degrees.
The unseasonably mild trend is forecast to continue into Lunar New Year holiday with highs nearing 10 degrees in Seoul, but there will be frequent showers across the country so drive safely. Also, traffic authorities are expecting longer driving hours for people heading back to their hometown this year.
