The Korean film 'Parasite,' has received the award for Best Picture from the LA Film Critics Association.
Director and writer Bong Joon-ho also won Best Director , while Song Kang-ho won best supporting actor.
In those three categories, the runner up was Martin Scorsese's crime film 'The Irishman.'
Parasite is a black comedy that uses satire to show the gap between the rich and poor.
In addition to top honors at Cannes, it also got the awards for best picture, best director and best foreign film at this year's Toronto Film Critics Association Awards.
Now, eyes are on whether Parasite will be nominated for a Golden Globe.
