Track cyclist Lee Hye-jin has become the first Korean athlete to win a gold medal in the Women's Keirin at the World Cup.
She held off her Ukrainian and Japanese competitors to claim victory at the International Cycling Union Track World Cup in Hong Kong on Sunday.
Keirin is an official Olympic racing event in which cyclists run laps around an indoor track after a speed-controlled start by a motorized pacesetter.
