Chinjeong Agricultural Company Corporation has developed Sikhye, or traditional Korean sweet rice drink, with a deep and rich flavor by using domestically produced ingredients and maintaining the traditional recipe. The company has specialized in producing traditional sweet rice drinks for the past 17 years, under the name of the founder, Im Soon-hee. After going through 12 hours of saccharization and 3 hours of heating process, it has a dark color as well as a soft and deep taste. We explore Chinjeong Agricultural Company Corporation, which has preserved the traditional taste of Sikhye by maintaining the family business.
