Youth these days are losing a sense of purpose and meaning in life. So a special event called Free Time Job was held in Sinchon to help young adults rediscover themselves and understand who they truly are, instead of trying to fit in with the ideals of society. All the participants tried a five-step process to find themselves and regain confidence, starting with pinpointing the social pressures that have become a source of stress. What do the younger generations of our society truly want and need? Join us this week to find out!
Amidst the prolonged tensions between Korea and Japan, fifty-three Japanese students from eleven universities in Japan paid a visit to Daejeon in order to learn the Korean language and culture in more depth. They were invited by Hannam University for their annual cultural exchange program, which they have been jointly organizing with their sister universities for the past 17 years. The participating students are offered a chance to experience various aspects of Korean culture from taekwondo to hanbok and samulnori and to go sightseeing around the city. So come and follow them on a special journey where barriers were broken down through communication and cultural exchange.
