On this week's 'THE DIPLOMAT,' we'll meet with the Rwandan Ambassador to S. Korea, Emma François Isumbingabo, and find out all about Rwanda, the 'country of a thousand hills' at the heart of Africa. We'll talk about how it overcame its tragic past and was able to achieve great economic progress, as well as the economic ties between Korea and Rwanda.

We'll also take a look at the celebration of Africa Week in Korea, that was held in time for Africa Day.
