Jeonju International Film Festival also known as Jeonju IFF is the city's main event which celebrated its 20th anniversary this year. As the Chairman of the Jeonju IFF Organizing Committee, Kim Seung-su has shown commitment to the festival for quite a while. This time, he's ready to elevate its status to a whole new level through various projects he has worked on so far.
Unlike other film festivals, Jeonju IFF has focused on low-budget independent films. Side by side, Kim Seung-su is leading the business called "Jeonju Independent Film Museum" which attempts to title Jeonju as the center of independent films.
