Debbie Han is a Korean-American artist from Los Angeles, California who received her BA from UCLA and her MFA from the Pratt Institute in New York City. In 2003, she began creating her most recent artworks while participating in a residency program in Korea.
Questioning the concept of conventional beauty, she used a wide array of mediums and artistic techniques to produce her world famous 'Venus' pieces.
