Eva Armisén, a Spanish painter with an international reputation for her lovely depictions of everyday life, is opening a solo exhibition in Seoul. The largest solo exhibition of her works to date, the new show presents over 150 pieces raging from her early works to the latest creations about Seoul. You'll see her characteristic works conveying beauty in life as well as those which record her special relationship with Korea dating back to a decade ago. In particular, Eva's fascination with Jeju island's haenyeo culture has led to her illustrating the children's book 'My Mom's a Haenyeo" in 2017 about the traditional female divers. The INNERVIEW meets this special friend of Korea whose paintings bring a warm feeling of embrace to all to further explore the message of happiness in her works.
