Joining us on this week's "The Innerview" is Eric Trochon, a masterful culinarian and an expert in French cuisine. He is also a professor at the prestigious school of gastronomy, FERRANDI, the French School of Culinary Arts. In 2011, his status as one of the world's foremost chefs was proven when he was honored with the title of Un Des Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, or One of the Best Craftsmen of France.
During the interview, the award-winning chef shares his thoughts on and the background story of taking part in So French Delices Street Food Festival and master classes held to celebrate 130 years of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Korea and France. He also reveals how he gained interest in Korea and Korean cuisine as well as his culinary philosophy and success story.
