Troika, a London-based group of young artists, held their largest exhibition ever in Korea. Eva Rucki, Conny Freyer and Sebastien Noel met 13 years ago in university and collaborated on school projects. Realizing that they share the common vision in art and design, they formed their group under the name, Troika, 10 years ago and began working on various collaborative projects ranging from sculpture and installation art and architecture.
Their experimental designs and artworks, which never cease to inspire and stimulate the senses, have been catching people's attention around the world. Some of their works have even been added to the permanent collection of Victoria and Albert Museum in London, the Museum of Modern Art in New York, and the Israel Museum in Jerusalem.
They combine the natural and the artificial, producing beautiful natural lights and sounds using mechanical and electronic devices. They asked that the visitors to their exhibition observe and experience their works without a digital medium in between them and capture their artworks with their eyes and not on camera.
Tune into The INNERview to meet the brilliant artists of Troika and hear their inspirational stories regarding life and art.
