Across the Korean Peninsula, the only divided country on the planet, there is a tourism resource with a unique environment called the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ). By redesigning the existing concept of security tourism into one of peace tourism, [Wonder Ticket], the first experimental work for a Korean blockbuster performance, was born. [Wonder Ticket] aims to present a new direction for performance tourism in the DMZ, in the form of a mega musical that combines the beat and dance of K-pop with the special environment of the Korean Peninsula based on the musical structure.
This performance starts from the historical facts of the Demilitarized Zone, but primarily pursues an unrealistic world of fantasy. It was designed to elicit with the same sentiment among the older generation who went through the war, the younger generation who is enjoying the Korean Wave, and people from around the world who are fascinated by Korea's charm, while pursuing a personal feeling that is easy to miss in large outdoor performances.
In addition, information and communication technology (ICT), Korean Wave content, and the story of peace mingle together without conflict to create a synergistic effect. By introducing information and communication technology, which has mainly been in exhibitions and experiences, into the scene, virtual augmented reality and computer graphics will naturally melt into the story independently and visit you.
Amazing magic unfolding in the deep forest of DMZ!
A rusty train that has not been running for 70 years is reborn as a train of mysterious winds, containing everyone's hope.
The moment you get on the train, a fantastic journey begins, crossing the boundaries between imagination and reality, dreams and memories!
