The U.S. Special Representative for North Korea will arrive in Seoul in the coming hours to discuss denuclearization issues.
Officials say Sung Kim will sit down with his South Korean counterpart Noh Kyu-duk on Saturday to exchange views on issues surrounding the Korean Peninsula and other issues of mutual interest.
The agenda will include discussions on Seoul's proposal for an end-of-war declaration, which the allies have been discussing to deepen mutual understanding.
