Stocks on Wall Street closed higher on Tuesday, on vaccine news and also the perception that things are stabilizing politically. The Dow for the first time closed above 30-thousand. What's the story in the global markets?

Here in Korea, the KOSPI was coming off an all-time high and it looked like it might post another gain, but the market reversed course earlier this afternoon and closed lower. What happened in the Korean markets?

The Bank of Korea's Monetary Policy Board is due to hold its last meeting of the year for setting interest rates. It's expected to keep its policy rate where it is, near zero, but they're under a degree of pressure with the economic situation caused by the pandemic. What are you expecting from this meeting?
