Top security advisor holds emergency meeting with defense minister, intelligence chief following N. Korea's provocations Updated: 2020-03-29 15:54:10 KST

South Korea's presidential office says it's keeping close tabs on North Korea following the regime's latest provocations.
In a text message to reporters on Sunday, the Blue House said that national security advisor Chung Eui-yong chaired an emergency meeting this morning via video conference -- and was briefed by the defense minister and intelligence chief.
It said that officials shared relevant information, and that Chung ordered the military maintain its defense posture.
The Blue House did not, however, give an official statement on the North's latest missile launches, nor did it convene a session of the National Security Council.
