Good morning, it's going to be hotter today. In fact, a heat wave advisory has been issued in Daegu and parts of the Gyeongsang do Provinces with an expected high of 33 degrees in those areas. Seoul will also see highs soaring to 30 degrees.
The unseasonably hot temperatures will be with us through Saturday, heat will hit its peak on Friday. Daegu could soar to 35 degrees so brace for some mid summer like temperatures.
Back to today's forecast, regions in the west and Jeju Island will have to deal with high levels of fine dust. Clear blue skies and beating sunshine are on the menu today, boosting UV rays to very high levels again.
It will feel more like late July by the afternoon, shorts, a T shirt and sunglasses might be a good idea.
Some highly anticipated rain is in store nationwide next Monday, those showers will also bring cooler air to the country.
