South Korea has confirmed 112-thousand 9-hundred-1 new cases of COVID-19 over the past 24 hours.
While the number remains below figures predicted by experts, the number of severely ill patients remains high at 320.
There were 47 more COVID-related deaths.
The fatality rate is point-0-4 percent, the lowest among OECD countries.
Meanwhile, health authorities have announced prevention measures for military training camps.
PCR tests will be available for military enlistees free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
Additionally, same-day appointments for PCR tests will be available again in response to renewed demand.
